Our mission…
The Polish Cluster for Internet of Things Research and Development (Polski Klaster Badań i Rozwoju Internetu Rzeczy) has been created on the 22 September 2015, as a voluntary cooperation of entrepreneurs, science and research entities as well as institutions from business environment, which are willing to cooperate in order to improve upon innovativeness and competitiveness of Poland in the key sector of The IoT – The Internet of Things.
The Cluster incorporates entities which deal with the Internet of Things from all around Poland. There are no district divisions and we are focused on SMB and research and development units, whose goals are: research, development and implementation of the IoT.
The main aim of the Cluster is above all the creation of a platform for cooperation, which will enable the transfer of knowledge, experience and innovation among its members and help in realization of their true potential in the area of IoT. We effectively help Polish ideas in getting financial subsidies
No one is questioning that the IoT is a promising field of development. In this moment, there are more electronic devices connected with the web than there are people on the Earth. and the number is still growing. According to Google’s estimates, by 2020 there will be 26 bln such “Things”.
